Active Sisters run the female sessions from the Guilding Light Sports Centre.
The wrestling sessions are led by a former International GB Wrestler Kelsey Barnes. She has represented Team England at the last Commonwealth Games and is a role model for all the females in the area.
Our classes currently take place on the following days:
Mondays:
6:45 – 7:45 (Ages 6-14)
FEMALE ONLY CLASS
The boxing classes are led by elite boxer Jenna Pilling. She has many honours including winning the national championships.
Saturdays:
11:00 – 12:00 (Ages 6-14)
12:00 – 13:00 (Ages 15+)
